​The Pritchard Ethos Group is led by Cynthia Pritchard, a nationally recognized organizational leader with over 40 years of cross-sector experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, government operations, and strategic advisory. Cynthia brings a rare blend of visionary thinking, emotional intelligence, and tactical execution to help organizations embed purpose into performance.

As a former CEO of multiple mission-driven organizations and a Senior Philanthropic Trust Advisor to high-net-worth individuals and institutions, Cynthia has advised on over $10M in philanthropic assets, built statewide coalitions, and launched innovative workforce and volunteer programs. Her leadership has consistently driven double-digit growth in assets, engagement, and impact.
